Rich Brienik joined The Col­lab­o­ra­tive in 2016 and offers a unique ​‘inside-out’ approach to project design. Informed by his dual Bach­e­lor’s and Mas­ter’s degrees in Archi­tec­ture and Inte­ri­or Archi­tec­ture, as well as his 15-year career, Rich has devel­oped a phi­los­o­phy on the prin­ci­ple that form should fol­low func­tion. This inno­v­a­tive approach, com­bined with his abil­i­ty to incor­po­rate sophis­ti­cat­ed con­struc­tion meth­ods, ensures a build­ing’s aes­thet­ic reflects each clien­t’s needs while max­i­miz­ing user com­fort and over­all build­ing life. Rich plays a vital role in car­ry­ing projects from design to con­struc­tion. He works close­ly with design­ers, engi­neers and con­trac­tors, lever­ag­ing his exten­sive knowl­edge of the entire design process to ensure the suc­cess­ful real­iza­tion of each project.
