The Col­lab­o­ra­tive has an imme­di­ate need for a Senior Inte­ri­or Design­er with 10+ years’ com­mer­cial design expe­ri­ence, ide­al­ly with a focus on the Edu­ca­tion (High­er Ed and K‑12) mar­ket. The abil­i­ties to com­mu­ni­cate effec­tive­ly with inter­nal and exter­nal team mem­bers; review and inter­pret project doc­u­ments; coor­di­nate and dri­ve sched­ule mile­stones; observe and mar­shal the job from pre-con­struc­tion to con­tract com­ple­tion are of utmost impor­tance. Entry Lev­el Land­scape Architect

Respon­si­bil­i­ties:
The Col­lab­o­ra­tive, a high­ly moti­vat­ed design firm, seeks to hire an entry lev­el Land­scape Archi­tect.
Although office expe­ri­ence is not required, pref­er­ence will be giv­en to can­di­dates who demon­strate a his­to­ry of suc­cess in an office or class­work and/​or a com­plet­ed intern­ship in a Land­scape Archi­tec­ture office set­ting.
As part of our Land­scape Archi­tec­ture and plan­ning team, this indi­vid­ual will work on com­plex assign­ments requir­ing design, plan­ning, crit­i­cal think­ing and inno­v­a­tive solu­tions. The can­di­date must be able to devel­op site plans, land­scape plans and project details; devel­op illus­tra­tive graph­ics; and col­lect, orga­nize, inter­pret and present data in cre­ative ways.
