Rich Brienik, Registered Architect and LEED AP, was granted Associate status. Rich joined The Collaborative in 2016 and offers a unique 'inside-out' approach to project design. Informed by his dual Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture and Interior Architecture, as well as his 15-year career, Rich has developed a philosophy on the principle that form should follow function. This innovative approach, combined with his ability to incorporate sophisticated construction methods, ensures a building's aesthetic reflects each client's needs while maximizing user comfort and overall building life. Rich plays a vital role in carrying projects from design to construction. He works closely with designers, engineers and contractors, leveraging his extensive knowledge of the entire design process to ensure the successful realization of each project.

Justin Fogle, Registered Architect, was granted Associate status. Justin has 13 years of experience in the architectural field. His background includes participation in all project phases, including client meetings, design detailing, the development of construction documents, and construction observation. Justin’s experience tends to focus on higher education, corporate and recreational projects with various park districts, which have allowed him to engage with emerging technologies and exploration of vernacular forms. Justin holds a Master of Architecture with Distinction from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.

Benjamin Hoffmann, LEED AP, was granted Associate status. Since beginning his architectural career in 2002, Ben has found his niche in institutional, residential, and commercial projects. He excels in code analysis, detailing, construction administration and project management, and utilizes those skills to determine the best configuration for buildings, both on paper and in the field. Ben is a member of AIA Toledo, having served as the Associate Director from 2012 to 2013, and was named 2014’s Emerging Professional of the Year. He attended Lawrence Technological University, where he received a Master of Architecture with Distinction and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree.

Brook Reddish, Director of Marketing, was granted Associate status. Brook focuses her attention on supporting the strategic vision, business development activity and marketing campaigns of the firm. She dedicates a majority of her time to developing plans that assist in securing significant projects to ultimately help grow revenue. In addition to her marketing role, Brook is the leader of the Perceptions Knowledge Group, where she is charged with promoting the culture of the firm both internally and externally. Currently the President of the Board for Leadership Toledo, she believes in leading by example and being a community ambassador.
